Moebelplus becomes a Häfele subsidiary

Attractive customer/supplier relationship for both companies

On January 1, 2021, the globally active fittings specialist Häfele, headquartered in Nagold, acquired moebelplus Deutschland GmbH & Co KG, based in Mühlau. Subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office, moebelplus, the up-and-coming and successful online retailer for electrical household appliances, will continue to be run as an independent subsidiary of Häfele under the operational management of the two previous managing directors Mathias Grummt and Rico Kellner.

The previous owners of moebelplus announced that, for the next development phase of their company, they had found the right partner in Häfele because moebelplus is significantly increasing its business customer reach through the Häfele customer base and will be Häfele's new supplier for electronic devices and other suitable products.

In return, moebelplus will market suitable Häfele products for private customers in the moebelplus online shop.
