Gregor Riekena

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Gregor Riekena joined Häfele in 2011. He has been a member of the company management since 2015 and is responsible for the areas of brand management, products and communication. He assumed overall responsibility of the Häfele Group as CEO in 2023.

Sibylle Thierer

Chairperson of Board of Directors

Sibylle Thierer managed the family business from 2003 until the end of 2022. In 2023, she handed overall responsibility over to Gregor Riekena. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors, she remains responsible for control and steering of the Häfele Group.

Michael Distl

Michael Distl joined Häfele in February 2020. He is responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Facility Management departments and IT.
