Recommendation for selecting the right mattress firmness rating
The decision for a mattress firmness rating depends strongly on your personal feeling when lying down.
Sample measurements based on body weight: H2 up to 70 kg, H3 up to 90 kg, H4 from 100 kg.
For a softer feeling when lying down, we recommend firmness rating H2 for a body weight from 70–80 kg and firmness rating H3 for a body weight from 90–100 kg.
For a harder feeling when lying down, we recommend firmness rating H3 for a body weight under 70 kg and firmness rating H4 for a body weight from 90–100 kg.
