Training and studying at Häfele
The training of junior employees is very important to Häfele. Trainees and DHBW students at Häfele enjoy a varied and comprehensive training and a good chance of obtaining a permanent position. Up to 25 trainees and DHBW students are taken on every year at the headquarters in Nagold. Häfele encourages the taking on of responsibility right from the start with a company-specific training concept.
