Functionality

If a WT 210 is removed from its mounting frame, it triggers an alarm and the installation control relay disconnects the power supply to the electric strike, for example. The door can therefore no longer be opened. The function is not restored until the WT 210 has been installed and a button has been pressed.

In the event of a power failure or manipulation of the WT 210 wall reader, it will be deactivated, preventing the door from being opened. In order to make an emergency opening of the door possible in this situation, a profile cylinder must be installed on site.
