Notes on operation and installation
Mounting on narrow frame doors with narrow frame mortice lock from backset of 35 mm.
Planning by Dialock specialist is required.
DT 600c FH door terminal sets must be approved and installed by the door manufacturer. Otherwise the Fire and Smoke Control Certificate for the smoke control door will be invalidated
When installing as an emergency exit/panic exit device in accordance with EN 179, the certificate of approved mortice locks must be observed.
Mechanical emergency opening
DT 600c FH door terminal sets must always be equipped with a double profile cylinder for mechanical emergency opening.
When the mechanical emergency opening is used, please note the information sheet for determining the length of the double profile cylinder (operating instructions can be found in our online shop).
Outdoor version
Only the backplate exterior module is suitable for outdoor use. More information can be found in our online shop. The outdoor version must be approved by Häfele for the respective installation site. Extreme locations such as salty environments are not possible. Please contact your appropriate Häfele member of staff when ordering the product.
Battery change: With the outdoor version, we recommend changing the batteries before the winter months.
