Connection using tried-and-tested dovetail shape
Workpieces can be glued without using a screw clamp
Further processing can take place immediately after gluing
Optional: Connection without glue

Installation description

Determine required size (W1 to W4) and length of connector for connection.
Mill dovetail groove into both workpieces.
Press-fit connectors into the two milled grooves, using the rounded connector side as a positioning aid. The workpieces are exactly horizontally and vertically aligned and fixed when this takes place. The serrated inner surfaces of the connector dig axially into the workpiece, providing additional grip.

Operating principle

Double wedge shape for connecting 2 workpieces: the well-tried dovetail shape (dovetail groove) has been taken up and further developed with all of its advantages in this product. The result is a positive fitting connector. It can be used efficiently and easily in conjunction with state-of-the-art processing technology.
