New, sophisticated solutions for sliding furniture doors from Häfele: Slido F-Line44, Slido F-Line18 and Slido F-Handle26

Maximum use of space or quiet spaces – there are many reasons for choosing sliding solutions for interior furniture doors. Häfele, the leading specialist for electronic locking systems, lighting and networking as well as intelligent hardware technology, has expanded its classic Slido product range here with three new products.

Häfele is introducing the Slido F-Line44 sliding furniture door fitting for large-area doors, the Slido F-Line18 for lighter wooden sliding furniture doors and the Slido F-Handle26, a profile handle range that can be supplemented with lighting. All three products are available immediately.

 

Sliding furniture doors: Convenient handling with Slido F-Line44 and Slido F-Line18

The Slido F-Line44 also moves heavy, large-area doors with ease, doors 19 to 40 mm thick andweighing up to 80 kg. This makes the sliding door fitting ideal for almost floor-to-ceiling furniture, for example a wardrobe in the bedroom, and also for any other applications that require quiet storage space design. Installation is quick and easy, since no tools are required for installing the running tracks, guide tracks or soft-close mechanisms or for adjusting the door overlay. The Slido F-Line44 also works with aluminium frame doors.

The Slido F-Line18 infront fitting is suitable for somewhat smaller formats, is equally smooth-running and suitable for bottom-running sliding furniture doors made of wood. It moves a door leaf weight of up to 50 kg. A soft-close mechanism is integrated in the running track on both sides for gentle closing. The Slido F-Line18 is available for door thicknesses from 16 mm and door leaf widths of more than 380 mm. The running and guide tracks are either surface-mounted or recessed. The system can be ordered for a two-door or single-door installation, and a combination of both is possible for three-leaf door constructions.

 

Getting a handle on light - the Slido F-Handle26 handle moulding range

The Slido F-Handle 26 profile handle product range is an ideal addition to sliding doors, is very easy to operate and – if desired – sets accents with light. Häfele has a special LED strip including supply unit, which emits warm white light either via an integrated switch in continuous operation or temporarily via an integrated motion sensor. The profile handle range is suitable for front and infront doors up to a height of 2.50 metres and door thicknesses of 16 to 25 mm. Different design variants and colours are available. If subsequent alignment is required, a straightening fitting integrated almost invisibly in the profile handle can be added.
