Häfele’s new 24 V lighting system, OneCable, is a versatile, straightforward solution for room lighting. OneCable achieves individuality and creates a special atmosphere through skilful, additive lighting – without minimal effort and without the need for an electrician. As such, it can prove to be an impressive addition to the standard range for kitchen studios or for bathroom fitting companies. Carpenters can also make an impression on customers when planning rooms and furniture using this universally applicable system. The system has been available since 01/01/2025.

Easy to install and adapt

OneCable is easy to install and, if necessary, the lights can be easily repositioned at any time. Using a conventional 230 V socket outlet as a starting point, the OneCable lighting effects can be arranged at any point in the system. From the rotatable and swivelling Spot 4 TT light to the linear, fixed Spot 9 light and the 8 mm Loox LED strip light that can be individually cut to length, various light types can be used to provide diffuse or focussed light and can also be combined with each other.

 

Unique, freely customisable lighting solutions

The OneCable system consists of a profile and associated corner connectors that can be used to organise the power supply in the room in a flexible manner along the ceilings and walls. An easily bendable flat cable is inserted into the profile as a power supply. It is then easy to insert the lights into the profile, reposition them and lock them in place. Thanks to the reverse polarity protection, there is no risk of incorrect installation. The system is available in white and black. It blends seamlessly into any room design, can be adapted to suit existing features and add aesthetic touches.

 

Scope for change – Remodelling, repurposing or renovating with OneCable

If the room is being remodelled or renovated, the profile guide can be adjusted accordingly. That said, individual light sources can also simply be added or positioned elsewhere in the system. This opens up a wide range of potential applications, as OneCable can be adapted flexibly to changing room situations. For example, when furniture is moved to a different position in the room or new furnishings or items are added to the room that require their own additional lighting. If the existing lighting is no longer sufficient, it can be upgraded without any issues. Even when rooms evolve with the passing of time, for example when a baby’s room becomes a child’s room, then a teenager’s room and later a guest room, OneCable can meet changing lighting requirements.

 

Cleverly controlled with Häfele Connect Mesh

The integrated Connect Mesh technology enables convenient control of all OneCable lights using the familiar Häfele Connect control components: whether it’s via the app, wall switch or remote control, it’s intuitive and flexible to use, allowing the lighting to be customised to individual requirements at any time. Lighting that is integrated into furniture can also be controlled effortlessly together with the OneCable lighting. This makes it possible to create completely unique lighting scenarios even in rooms with standardised fittings.
